Arvessa sends a citrus farm one page a week: how much water each irrigation block needs, in millimetres. The numbers come from public satellite images and the FAO-56 method, adjusted to what we measure on the farm itself. Nothing to install, nothing new to learn.

In the Souss-Massa basin, most blocks are still irrigated by routine. The pump runs when it has always run. Water and diesel cost more every year, and much of the valley draws on groundwater that is not being replaced, so that routine gets more expensive every season.
What is usually missing is a weekly answer to a plain question: how much water, in which block, this week.
Sentinel-2 and Landsat pass over the valley every few days. The images show how each block is coping between irrigations.
The FAO-56 method turns weather and crop stress into millimetres of water per block. We calibrate the calculation with soil measurements taken on the farm.
The amounts arrive once a week, block by block, on WhatsApp or on paper. You read the card and run the pumps accordingly.
The fee is a share of what you save: 20 percent of the water cost the farm measurably cuts. There is no fixed fee and no equipment to buy. If the water bill does not go down, you pay nothing.
